What a beautiful morning! I took the boys to the choo-choo park for a little fun!
Our first stop? The lake to "feed the ducks". The food I brought for the ducks? Well, I left a bag of old stale bread sitting on my counter at home! Luckily, I had a sleeve of Ritz crackers in my bag! So, I gave them to the boys to "feed the ducks". Well, they decided to "feed themselves". It was as if they were taunting those poor ducks . . . one for you & two for us . . . really one for you & the rest of them for us! The ducks finally gave up and swam away to another family! I don't blame them! Ha!

The poor ducks finally got a couple of crackers (that I threw to them!). *Note to self: Remember the old stale bread next time!

After feeding ourselves (and the ducks, a little!), we rode the carousel, had lunch, rode the boats, and played at the playground. **The choo-choo was broken! Yes, broken! But, we spent a little time looking at it; Quinn even reached through the fence to touch it and help its boo-boos!
*I LOVE the fact that Quinn still LOVES the baby swings. I can get both boys in the swings, and they are happy to swing forever! They're contained, content, and in close proximity! It's perfect . . . hope that it lasts a while longer!

Our final stop . . . Snow Cones! I've created monsters; they expect snow cones at the end of every visit to the choo-choo park! I'm really not complaining . . . I've come to expect them, too! Yummy!
*Quinn was feeling adventurous today. He picked "purple" instead of his usual "blue"!

"Purple" (or grape) was a hit! Hope that everyone has a great weekend!
