We had a great time with our pals the Foushees at the Darius Rucker concert last Friday night. This was our second year seeing him in concert, and it was another awesome show! Fun, fun!

Fletch is 5!

Today was Fletcher's 5th birthday, and he celebrated all day long! :)

Fletch at 5 LOVES his big brothers, football (NC State and the Patriots/Tom Brady), Legos and Star Wars (especially storm troopers, Boba Fett and TIE fighter pilots). He's ALL BOY, super sweet and a whole lot of fun! Love you Fletch!!!

Boy Fun

Saturday morning, Holden had lots of fun at his buddy Emmitt's birthday party. His favorite part? Laser tag!




We came home to find Daddy and brothers having plenty of fun of their own . . . shooting BB guns!

POOL PARTY

Yesterday, we had a pool party to celebrate Fletcher's 5th birthday. It was a super fun afternoon with his buddies!!!

















Fletch's only request for the party? That I make the cake! After talking him into cupcakes, I found some cute inspiration on Pinterest . . . teddy grahams (in life preservers) in the pool. Q was my kitchen helper; they were fun to make!




Our goody bags were also via Pinterest . . . bags of "fish" and "water". Fun!

Bye & Buddy

Maridith and her family have moved to VA for Collins' new job. We're going to miss them so much! The boys and I stopped by on Monday to give them some goodies for the ride and to say good bye.

Our summer was full of trips, camps, play dates and more. But most of it was spent at home with each other, which was exactly how I wanted it to be. I was telling a friend that I was sad about school starting and that I would miss the boys so much. She jokingly said "you must really like your kids". She's right; I do! Each summer gets a little easier and a little more fun. But, it also goes by faster. It truly is bittersweet! Love these guys!

4th & 2nd

Here we go! We now have 4th & 2nd graders!!!

















Sad to see our summer vacation end; it was such a great one! But, we're excited to see what the Lord has planned for the boys this year.

***Mr. Fletch turns five next week; we're waiting one more year before kindergarten. As I type, he's upstairs playing Legos in his pajamas. He's perfectly fine with our decision! Ha!

Sweet Treats

Fletcher was invited to Lucia's birthday party on Saturday; she's a friend from his summer camp. The party was at Menchie's (frozen yogurt) and was super cute! Yum, yum!





***Lucia's mom told me that Lucia LOVES Fletcher and talks about him all the time. She even named her pet turtle "Fletcher"! Ha! That's love for sure! ;)
