XC Season

What a great XC fall season for this guy!  He has shaved minutes off of his time and has worked super hard.  Very proud of him and excited to see how he does at states next week!

NC State Fair

So very thankful for the return of the state fair!  It was a super fun afternoon of rides, treats and exhibits, and it was fantastic!  :)  

Broken Arm

Holden has had a rough couple of weeks.  He broke his right arm in a football game when he took a hard fall after a late/dirty tackle.  The fracture happened at the growth plate of the humerus.  He was in a lot of pain for 3 days and wore a sling for 2 weeks.  

Thankfully, he's almost back to a full range of motion, but he will not be cleared to return to the football field this season.  The refracture rate is too high.  He's certainly upset about that, but we're thankful that he's healing and that the injury was not worse.
