Field Day Fun - H

Yesterday was Holden's very first field day, and he had a blast with his buddies!



His 4 events? Obstacle course, sack race, 3-legged race and tug-of-war.





His favorite event? The tug-of-war . . . just like Q! And, just like Q, his class won!!! Yay!





The funniest event? The 3-legged race! He and Harriss fell about 2/3 of the way to the finish line and decided to crawl instead of getting back up. Hahaha! It worked; they finished 2nd!







Fletch was more than happy for another day to cheer, run around and eat lots of snacks! Ha!



Q came out with his class to get snacks and watch the tug-of-war. He was cheering loudly for his little brother!!! :)

Field Day Fun - Q

Yesterday was Field Day for grades 3-5 at the boys' school. Q's events? Bean bag relay, the high jump and tug-of-war. Fletch and I were there to cheer him on! :)





Tug-of-war got quite intense; those kids were trying with all their might!

Memorial Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend full of soccer, church and family time.

We were planning to go to the pool yesterday, but it was closed because of "cloudy water". Bummer! :( We had to go with plan B . . . the always popular Pullen Park.











What a fun weekend! :)

Boys' Weekend Fun

While I was with my college buddies, the boys were having their own kind of fun with Daddy.

MC Reunion Weekend

Wow . . . what a weekend!

The Meredith College class of 2000 celebrated our 15th reunion this past weekend. There was lots of laughter, talking (and talking and talking) and catching up with friends. After all that fun, I'm tired . . . but so happy! :)

***The best part of the weekend? Spending time with Charity, Maridith, Melinda & Charlotte! ***Donna couldn't make it; we missed her so much!

Spring Concert

Yesterday was the Elementary Fine Arts Spring Concert for grades 3-5. Quinn, along with the 3rd grade chorus, sang 2 songs at the beginning of the program. They did a great job!












They may be all dressed up, but they're still silly boys! Ha!
