Go Pack!

It's Wolfpack basketball season time, and the boys are very happy about that! :-)

They've each had a turn to go to a game with Brant; Holden and Q went earlier this week. Everyone loves their special one-on-one time with Daddy!




***We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I cannot believe that I'm typing this . . . but we didn't take a single picture! We just ate, laughed, talked, played football, watched football and the parade, and repeated it all over again. It was a super fun day!

My parents and Brant's mom came, and we had an extra guest this year. Brant's co-worker, Dennis, was in town without family, so he joined us for lunch and little football in the yard with the boys. It was truly a wonderful holiday! We are so very thankful for all of our blessings!

The First Thanksgiving

Holden's first grade class presented "The First Thanksgiving" yesterday. Fletcher and I were there to cheer him on. It was so sweet!

In less than 15 minutes, Holden was the King of England, a pilgrim and an Indian! That's quite a range for a 6 year old - hahaha!

Bball Game

The Wolfpack basketball season has begun. Yay!

Brant and Fletch went to last night's match up against Hofstra. Can you tell that they had a great time? ;-)

Little Birthday Fun

I was a lucky girl and celebrated my birthday two times with my favorite guys!

We had dinner at Dos Taquitos on the 9th


and a little Goodberrys on the 10th (my birthday)! :-)

Colonial Day

Q and the rest of the third grade celebrated Colonial Day on Tuesday. Everyone was asked to dress up and participate in colonial activities and games; I ran the "knucklebones" game station outside. We wrapped up with a family lunch of chicken, sides and cake. It was a fun day!

Annual Girls' Trip

I just got home from spending a long weekend with my best friends from college. We traveled up Charlotte's way (to the Wintergreen/Charlottesville,VA area). We took winery tours and went shopping and sightseeing. But most of the trip was spent talking, laughing, and catching up on each others' lives and families. It was a wonderful time!!!

***Maridith wasn't able to join us this year. We made a "flat Maridith" that traveled along with us instead. ;-)
