Golf Match

Holden is playing with the junior golf league at our course. He had his first match last week, and he's really loving it!

They played 9 holes of best ball; it took 4 hours! Golf is a slow game anyway, but it's extra slow when a bunch of kids are playing it! Ha!






What do you do when it's dark and you haven't finished the round? Play by iPhone flashlight, of course!!! ;)

K5 Graduation

Last Friday was a very special day; it was graduation day for Fletcher!!! We've had such a wonderful year. We absolutely loved his teachers (Mrs. Bowers and Mrs. Dry), and they had such a sweet class!

This was certainly a bittersweet occasion; our baby is growing up and moving on to 1st grade! And, Fletch's most certainly ready . . . whether I am or not! ;)

This year's theme was Kindergarten Boot Camp. :)

Spring Concert

We're wrapping up the school year; these final weeks are filled with fun activities. Yesterday was the elementary fine arts concert. Both Q and Holden sang with their chorus classes. :)

Mother's Day

Mother's Day was spent at church, lunch at Gonza Tacos and exploring the outdoor sculpture trails at the NC Art Museum. What a fun family time with my guys!



















***Unfortunately, the day ended with 5 stitches on Q's elbow. He wiped out on the driveway while playing basketball at home. Never a dull moment around here! :(
